Jude's First Days

Jude's first days were kind of a whirlwind. Since he was born so late on April 2nd - his debut was around 1am on April 3rd. Alllllllll his grandparents, aunts+uncles & cousins were waiting to meet him.

 He was sooo loved on!!

 Josh's parents - Nani & Papi

My parents - Gramma J & Papa Ray

Cheers with sparkling juice ... Starting his life right - celebrating, party!!!

We had an amazing stay at the hospital we chose, Maple Grove Hospital. Everything was amazing from the nurses to the food to the comfy beds. Such an awesome experience!

Visitors came and we also had time to just be our family of three. Everyone kept commenting in how BIG our sweetie was. 8 1/2lbs of sweetness :)

Friends & Cousins. Life is good!

We headed home on April 4th... We were ready for Jude to see his house and do "parenthood" on our own :)

He's the best baby!! Thankful to report he sleeps for 6hrs at one stretch in the night. :) Only one "early morning" feeding for this Mama! Soooo blessed ... he is gaining weight and eats about every 3 hours during the day. A joy! Guess the 6 days over was worth it....

My two favorites. Life doesn't get much better....

There is a definite bonus to having a bigger baby (my guy was over 9 1/2 lbs!) the sleeping and eating is better. Hope you are getting rest and enjoying that little guy :)

I love how all of your family was there to celebrate. I always stay so far from my parents so I don't get to experience that. Looks like he was surrounded by plenty of love.
