Dreams...

Do you have dreams for the future?
Do you catch yourself daydreaming... like... a lot?

We have been doing that lately.... as we prepare for Baby Jude... and the future of our lives. It is so fun to DREAM BIG and think about the possibilities that God will have for the years to come for all of us...

dream house :)

beautiful decor & lots of fireplaces!

Thinking of Jude and all his future friends... my heart would be that our house would be the "hang out"! I also dream about the rest of our family... will we have another boy or girl after Jude? Twins? Triplets? Ha! :) How many children will God bless us with? God is so good... he knows all these details, it's just SO much fun to DREAM!

example of a family from Pinterest :)

future travels as a family....

I love to dream and think about what God's plans may be... "For I know the plans I have for you declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and NOT to harm you!" (Jer 29:11) I cling to that in seasons where it may seem like nothing is moving forward... or these realities/dreams may never come to be. I trust Jesus because with him ALL things are possible!!!!!

What about you? What are your dreams/visions/goals for the future?
Pinterest is good in helping with this....

Beautiful pictures, Ria! It is fun to dream, but it is amazing to think about God's plan. He already has it figured it...so amazing to me!

I love dreaming too. My dream is....my new husband and I actually living together, not a thousand miles apart. My dream is him and I raising a godly family together. My dream is that he will be safe while in Afghanistan and come home unharmed. My dream is also my everyday prayer and hope. Perhaps someday, my dream will become reality.

Meanwhile, I'll continue to live with what I have now. While we may be separated, I have a loving and wonderful husband. While he may be gone for months, I have the ability to contact him and talk to him every day. Come to think of it, I suppose I am living the dream I've always had.

Hi Ria,
Through some random blog hopping I landed on yours and have been following for a while. You're such a positive encouragement! I admire your outlook on life.

And I'm right there with you when it comes to day dreaming! We are also expecting a little boy any day now (you can check out his most recent update at thekrazylife.com) and have so many of the same hopes and dreams for our family and little man.

I can't wait to follow you along the rest of your pregnancy and when the day finally comes, see pictures of baby Jude! Congratulations!

Oh my gosh I dream to. We dream to one day own my parents lake house, to raise 3 children in it, just as I was raised. I now dream of having my little girl, I just feel as if God's plan has a little girl in our future, whether she biologically ours or adopted. I can't wait to have more children, but yet also to spend this quality time with Dom as he grows so much each day. Awww... dreams :)

I do this all the time. I actually have a decorated binder filled with pages of pictures of houses and things that I want to surround my family, things I want to accomplish and goals in my future. I also include scripture references and confessions next to my pictures. It very fun to work on since I am very artsy and creative. I call it my Dream journal. Maybe I will post it someday on my blog.
