GOURDgeous gourds & weekend

Meet my "gourd-geous" pumpkin gourd.... I didn't name him, but doesn't he look like a king?

My accountability group of young, newly married friends met on Friday. My task was dessert and something "crafty". I found this cute activity and we had so much fun scavenging around for natural accessories for our gourds/pumpkins outside in the warm breeze (80's here). So cute! We also made this pumpkin icebox pie for dessert... yum!

I should have taken a photo of my friend Chana's yummy green chicken curry creation... so delish and healthy as can be! I enjoy friends and it is refreshing to take time out of busy schedules and make each other a priority... and it's yummy too! My friend Chan is like a Pioneer Woman in the making :)

The rest of my weekend looked like this....

Just a few of the cute photos from some of my FALL sessions. I had 4 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday! I was so thankful the rain held off... what a blessing! :) We also got to meet my Mama for dinner on Saturday night. Fun, spontaneous adventures are always a bonus on weekends.

This week is pretty fun & busy ... including a 16 week Bumpdate tomorrow!!! Stay tuned!

Love the punpkin king. This year we are dressing our pumpkins up instead of carving them so they can be used for baking. Don't worry, I'll post pictures. Take care.

LOVE to you, baby and Joshey :) Your momma told me on Sunday that it was more than a craft project, it was creating art! She's so sweet :)
