Weekends...

Weekends are somewhat reversed for me as they are the busiest time of the week for photography (weddings, events, etc). However, it is still super nice having my hubby off Fridays & Saturdays and being able to enjoy some down time! This weekend I learned a lot about VICTORY in Jesus... and how much I love my family! Before that story...

It was a beautiful wedding day for Jamie & Sean on Saturday - soooo wonderful. Here is just one quick peek :)

So pretty! I loved the fall colors we could find and the incoproration of that into their wedding!

My sob story includes the horrid rash I mentioned before (which was concluded to be poison oak or poison ivy...) I still don't believe that 100%, but it is getting better just TERRIBLY itchy at night-time. I also had a really bad morning on Sunday and my family (parents & sister) came over because Josh was at work. Yikes! I have been claiming VICTORY in Jesus and that our sweet baby is growing healthy & strong despite my weird-oh issues. God is forming this little one perfectly! :) I had to take a day off on Sunday and not go to a family wedding reception (so sad!) but just rest... what I needed!

As I enter week 13... I am praying that I will be feeling up & up as I truly know that this is all SO worth it! That's where the VICTORY comes into play. Jesus is my victory even when I feel so painful. I love that promise and have been clinging to it!! How are you claiming victory in your life? Do you need prayer - I would love to say a prayer for you!

P.s. My husband is a rock-star! I am so blessed to have his help during this time. Thank you, honey bun!

Sweet Ria- I am excited for your coming new life adventure! You are going to be a fabulous Mama, and I've sensed you've been longing for that new season for awhile...I understand a thing or two about that :) I'm sure you will feel that the temporary wierdness your body is throwing at you will pale in comparison when you meet your perfect baby. Even though you are "walking through" it now, your perspective is positive and that is a blessing. You are loved! Once again I wish I were not so far away, but I'm so happy that you have such a wonderful support system there!

Love you girl!
