ANNIVERSARY CRUISE RECAP!

Hi sweet blogger friends! I am back and happy to jump back into blogging and catching up on your lives... I read some of your blogs while in the airport, but wasn't able to comment :(

Anyways... We had an AMAZING time on the cruise and enjoyed our time relaxing in the sun. There were some up's and down's being pregnant on a cruise, but all in all it is SO worth it!

Here is a brief recap with photos. The rest are on my facebook page (become my friend!)
Favorite pic of the trip! I love him!

First Island... Halfmoon Cay, Bahamas!

Sorta true... It was beautiful!

2nd Island - St. Thomas = Pretty!

Puerto Rico! Gorgeous, but very crazy waves in the ocean!

Baby Thurston showing him/herself today... Having fun in the sand!

My favorite stop of the whole trip... Turks and Caicos

GLORIOUS!

Amazing pool, Amazing Place!

We had fun on the Ship too, but the islands were my favorite!

Spending time with my cute hubby was precious!

Our Anniversary Dinner... Happy Times! 2 Years!

What a blessing to have time to get away and spend it together... exploring more of God's beautiful creation! I was seriously in awe at each island and the uniqueness. Truly amazing! :)

Being pregnant on a cruise had pro's and con's...
Pros: Lots of yummy food, ice-cream 24/7, dreaming of the next vacation with baby!
Cons: Sickness, Odd smells, feeling the ship move & having to go to be early

It is all worth it and wouldn't trade it for anything, but I don't know if I'd recommend a cruise for anyone who is pregnant... or maybe just during the 1st trimester/during hurricane season?!?
This is a crazy week as I am playing catch-up, but trusting God for peace and productivity! Blessings!

Love the pics! You are absolutely gorgeous lady! I would probably agree...cruises during 1st trimester, maybe not a fabulous choice! But I'm glad you were able to have a blast anyway!

Your trip looks amazing! How fun! I've always wanted to go on a cruise - we're thinking maybe for our honeymoon.

I love that Grand Turk was your favorite stop! I was in Turks and Caicos doing business with my mom earlier this year. We stayed on some of the more remote islands most of the time but did spend a couple days in Grand Turk and it was gorgeous!

Welcome back!

So glad you had fun, it looks like a lot of fun! Having been very sick/nauseous the 1st trimester I would say a cruise probably would have been better later on, but so glad you were able to go. Happy 2 years!

Looks like you had such a great time! Mmmm you make me want to go on a cruise :) However, I think it might have to wait until our kids are at least in high school :) How fun that you and Josh got this time to go together! I can't imagine going in my first trimester though! I'm glad you were able to have lots of fun though :) And how cute that you can see Baby Thurston starting to show! So fun! I LOVE pregnancy fashion and it's one of the things I miss most about pregnancy when I give birth!!! So fun to dress the bump ;)
