14 Week Bumpdate!

Yes! 14 Weeks! I think I have most of my energy back now :) I am so thankful and I feel blessed.

Here's my 14 week bumpdate:

Size of baby:  A Lemon {weighs about 1 1/2 ounce} Big baby :) Seeing a little bump on my tum too!

Symptoms: Actually, nothing too bad these past 2 weeks! Gagging is still there after smelling different smells, but pretty much just ends in a burp :) Praise God!! I am trying to not take my Zofran unless it is totally necessary, not that it really matters but if I am feeling better I shouldn't HAVE to take it.

Cravings: Lately it has been fall things - apple cider, Carmel apples, salt water taffy & popcorn still!

Something you Miss: Not much these past two weeks, I am just happy to be hopefully past the worst of it. I guess until I get big and uncomfortable...

Milestones: Making the appointment for the gender screening ultrasound!! YEAHH! I can't even wait. Did you know the sex organs are fully distinguishable by week 14? And I have to wait till week 18??!! Ha... it will be worth it!

Looking Forward To: Finding out the gender in about 4 weeks! Our BIG Gender Reveal party the first week in November! I love parties and can't wait to plan it all :) Such fun!

Prayer for our baby this week.... Of course throughout our pregnancy we have been praying for baby Thurston. This is vital and so important to us!! I decided that at the end of my "bumpdates" I am going to leave with a prayer for the baby! I hope someday this sweet little one will look back and read these with joy:

Dear Lord, I thank you for this gift inside my womb. I praise you that my child is fearfully and wonderfully made! Knowing that this week the sex organs are fully distinguishable, I pray that no matter what gender our child is - they would embrace who you've created them to be! You are so creative and have a purpose for our little one. Even now, I thank you for preparing a way for them in this world. You are amazing!! I love you Lord, In Jesus' Name... Amen.
