When you doubt...

There are so many things that we can doubt in life...

Am I doing the right thing?
Am I marrying "the one"?
Am I working at thee right job?
Am I in God's "perfect will" for my life?
Am I ever going to get married?

We can easily get hung up on these questions of life that eventually will eat at us... or we can TRUST. Simply Trust that God's got a plan for our lives that's bigger than we can see.

I posted this status on Facebook yesterday, "Sometimes we only see the small picture.... God sees the masterpiece! Trusting him today in all things :)" WOW! I got a great response of "likers"! That must mean a lot of people are with me on this one!

So trust in the Lord (commit yourself to Him, lean on Him, hope confidently in Him) forever; for the Lord God is an everlasting Rock [the Rock of Ages]. Isaiah 26:4 amp

An Everlasting Rock? Yes, please... that's what we need. One that is constant, unchanging and the real deal. When doubt, these questions and many things start to eat at you... remember your ROCK, the one you can TRUST!

I was just reading a book today about Jesus being the ultimate rock, our cornerstone and capstone and that He who began a good work in you will be faithful to complete it!!! then i read this! great how God makes coincidences happen!

So simply and true. God should be our rock and foundation in anything. If our minds are eating at us, we have lost sight of that rock. We need to turn back to Him, the one that never changes and is a constant stability in the craziness of our lives.

On a separate note, how do you get your blog header to change all the time? So cool.

Mmmm so beautiful. So true... so peaceful. thanks for posting this! I love that picture. Love that the word trust is written on a rock...

We're moving (only 20 minutes from where we are now) this week and when there are changes in life it's extra important to remember that he never changes! God is SO good.
