Preparing & Weekend...

Finally, I feel like I have a relaxing weekend in store! :) I think it couldn't have come at a better time! I have been a little sick these last few days (let's just say, I won't be having eggs anymore in this pregnancy...) It's all SO worth it, but I am learning how much I can do now that I have life inside of me!!

It's still unreal, but I appreciate all your words of wisdom, love and advice. Keep them coming! I need alllllll the advice I can get. :) We had my prenatal blood work done and all is normal! Woop! I found out my blood type too, that was enlightening. Never knew that before... oops.

Tomorrow, I think we are going to go to a lazy river and soak up what's left of summer here. I have NOTHING planned all day until the evening and am excited about that for surely. We will see how I am feeling, but this looks glorious to me!

Sunday... it's my sweet Mother-in-law's birthday! Happy Birthday Sherrill!!! We celebrated last weekend.. :) She is a joy in our lives!! Blessed by this woman!!

Also on Sunday... My Grandma, Mom, Sister and I are heading to Duluth to visit some family overnight and come back on Monday. It should be good! I am looking forward to time spent with them and praying the car ride will be okay (nausea is the WORST in the car for some reason....)

What do you have going on on your FABULOUS FRIDAY and weekend??? I put up the linky again... check it out and link up!

I hope you have a nice relaxing weekend and the car ride is tolerable for you!

I have heard that ginger helps nausea...maybe bring some ginger snap cookies or ginger ale along! Wish I could be more helpful!

You could try taking 1/2 of a unisom (sleeping pill) before you leave. That is what my dr. told me to take in my first trimester (i had 24/7 nausea) and it really did help for the first several hours. You can take it up to 3 times a day! good luck-I hope the ride goes well!
