Cowboy Boots, Family Photos & Experiences!

That sums up my weekend in a nutshell. Lots of fun experiences this weekend that left me exhausted but thinking, "Wow! This is totally worth it!". I was also sooo thrown off my last weeks schedule and the 4th of July. I seriously wrote this blog post thinking it was still Thursday.

What a weekend! Cowboy boots were worn by all the bridesmaids at the wedding I photographed on Saturday:

How cute, right? It was on such an adorable farm and everything was vintage chic. A photographers dream come true... So excited to work on more of the photos!

We also had a family photo shoot "experience". My mom is an art teacher/artist and she met these people that have studio portraits in an ALL WHITE studio. They are very fun images that make a STATEMENT and are essentially wall art for your home. We went for the experience (and free 8x10) all the other images range in cost from $200-$3,000. Ha! I captured one photo on my camera (probably illegal)...

It was a great "experience" and totally different from my photography... but loved learning!! There is always value in seeing how others do things. We can ALL learn from each other :)

Onto a short week and then we are on VACATION! Starting on Wednesday we always head to Sonshine Music Festival with my family. It is a little "getaway" listening also to some great Christian music AND I get to see my cute pregnant friend (with twins) Laurel Lee!! SO EXCITED!

Have a blessed day!!
