Weekend, Weekend.

We had QUITE the weekend.... I posted another blog here with the in-depth details from Saturday. Just a quick recap here, as I am home sick today recovering from what we think was the flu.

Friday night was relaxing and fun at home with Joshua. I came home to this "date night" set up at home:

So cute and so sweet! (Camera pic)

We had pizza and watched "To Save a Life". Such a good movie! We had heard about it for awhile now, but finally was able to rent it. Oh and my handsome even bought me flowers. How loving!

Saturday was Kylie & Jarrett's wedding day in Hibbing. We left early and set out with all the photo equipment. We were ready! It was a BEAUTIFUL day and the couple was so gorgeous. :) Everything was set up so nicely.

Here is just one sneak peek photo. Romantic! Her dress was SO fun and poofy!!

Me, Laurel (2nd shooter & bf), and Caitlin (friend from The Honor Academy)

Short-story -- Josh and I ended up getting sick on Saturday at the Reception. It was really sad! We had to leave early, but got all of the important shots so it was fine.

Sunday - Recovering from what we think may have been the flu. Family members back at home were experiencing similar symptoms so we were not alone. We missed the FUN yacht boat outing. SO very sad!! We were bummed, but it was only wise to stay home and recover.

Here I am today --- home sick recovering and hoping we are DONE with this sickness!!!!

How were your weekends?? Hopefully less "eventful".

I read your other recap from Saturday, too. Flus are about the worst thing ever, and I'm sorry you guys were so far from home! I hope today's the last day of your sickness, and that you get to feeling better!

Sorry to hear about the flu, must be something with weddings, because Derek and I got it 3 days before our wedding, and at the wedding we passed it onto about half of our guests :(
