Recap of Weekend!

Hi Friends! Did you have a nice weekend?? We sure did! It was full and fun and exciting for sure!

Friday night I got to have a girls date with my sweet friend, Simone. She spent a whole semester in Jordan reaching out and learning Arabic. She is such an inspiration! Here we are inthe mall looking at Silly Bandz. Apparently they are the new craze??? News to me!

Saturday Joshy had bible study in the morning! We had the afternoon to ourselves and we went to watch Toy Story 3 (3D) --- very cute :) We also purchased some fun new things for my photography business!!

We went to this newlywed Lee's wedding in the eve... It was at Fort Snelling. SO appropriate! The Groom, Josh is in the National Guard.

My date!! Mr. Handsome :)

Sherrill & The Mother of the Groom, Shawn
The Thurston's :)
The OTHER Thurston's :) Us!

Just a pretty picture of Laura with the twinkle lights! :)

Sunday was an awesome day of church, prayer, and Josh-Ria time! I have been wanting to get a new camera... The Canon 5D Mark II, because my business {Ri} Photography is really picking up!! We went into Best Buy and got a really awesome deal! :) God is our provider! I am so thankful!

Then... I had an engagement shoot and it was really simple and sweet. Here is a sneak peek...

We have a short week this week! Josh and I will be going to Sonshine Music Festival [Christian Music Fest in Wilmar] with my family this weekend! I'll be in blog world through Wednesday :) Then MIA for a little while... Can't wait to catch up on your blogs!

Cute pics and that sure does look like a full weekend. I've seen those silly bandz things too and I still don't get their popularity oh well.

Have fun at Sonshine! I haven't been there in quite a few years but it's in my hometown! We used to be able to (sort of) hear the music from my house! :) :)
