Guatemala has our hearts…

Could you imagine this being YOUR car stuck in mud? Wow. I couldn’t. Guatemalan’s can. They are in the midst of this.

My sister… gorgeous, beautiful, inspiring sister is TAKING action! She has started a BLOG and The Santizo Project.

Here she is IN this terrible mud from the intense Tropical Storms and Volcano eruption. Jonna was studying Spanish at a school in Antigua, Guatemala when this all happened… the exact timeframe SHE was there… this all happened.

I repeat.

This hasn’t happened for like 13 years. 13. God had a specific reason for my darling, older, role model sister to be there.

I am asking friends… do YOU want to help? There are so many things going on around the world that are tragic, heart breaking, frustrating. Here is a REAL opportunity to partner and help!

1. Donate an amount of money you feel led to give

All money given will be sent to purchase toiletries, food and items needed to start a new life, such as beds, small ovens, furniture and other necessary household things. The cost of these items is much less in Guatemala, so our monetary gifts would be most beneficial and a huge blessing.

You can donate money through PayPal by clicking the DONATE button. This money will go DIRECTLY to the families in need!image
2. If you leave near MN – we can collect gently used clothing, household supplies, etc. A women has stepped up to generously ship everything for FREE! Can you say AMEN?
We are not just doing this for our OWN benefit, we are partnering for a GREATER good and to help these people.

I couldn’t imagine living life like this…

Could you?

Hi Ria,

My heart goes out to the affected and i am proud of your sis for being able to REALLY be there to help. When people see a physical presence, there's nothing more comforting and motivating that that.

That's horrible, have you seen the pictures of the sinkhole? Terrifying. I gave you an award today for being such a beautiful person. Give it to your sister too ;p
