Hi Sweet Blogger Friends! Happy Thursday… Friday is just a day away. I wanted to update you on our home improvement project.
Laminate Hardwood Floors. OOOFTA! It was quite the tedious process, but I am SO happy we did them ourselves (and so is our checkbook!). Here are some pictures of the NEW DO!

WOO HOO! We loooove the new look. The only issue is that sometimes because of our bare feet (or Josh’s sweaty feet ;), love you honey!)… “smudges” develop on the floor. We are working a solution… ANY IDEAS???
We also learned that home improvements are DEFINETLY marriage strengthening activities, too ;)

I have those floors in my personal bathroom, the kitchen, dining room and hallway. I love it! As for the smudges...Socks or slippers?

It looks great! Me and the hubs were slippers in our apt since our living room and bedroom is wood floor and the kitchen, kitchen area and bathroom and hallways are tile.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE it!! It looks so different! I am a huge hardwood floors...our entire downstairs is hardwood, except our bathroom. Great job doing it all yourself, too!
They look awesome! seriously, i love the way hardwood looks, and there are some awesome laminate hardwoods out there now... and the big rug- perfect accent!

They look great! I use a swiffer on ours. It works great and is super easy with no mess clean up!
