Here it is… you’ve all been waiting for!
- ½ cup strawberry vinegar
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ tsp. dry mustard powder
- 1 T. minced fresh onion
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds (He couldn’t find these, they were hiding)
- 1/3cup to ½ cup vegetable oil
- 1 pint or basket of fresh strawberries washed
Put all ingredients into blender except oil. Blend on med-high with lid on and while still blending take out middle of lid and slowly add oil until all is emulsified. Refrigerate & serve with Strawberry Salad.
Taken from this cute website that my husband googled and found.
ENJOY!! It’s so delicious, I think we will keep some prepared all summer long!

PS...JP's wedding is in Northfield, MN! So next weekend we will be up in MN! :) Excited!
Sounds wonderful! Say, Ria, you didn't happen to eat at America's Harvest last night, did you? I saw someone there that I almost walked over to and asked, Are you Ria, (I could only see her back and side), and the people she was with prayed before their meal came. It is always an encouragement to me to see someone else pray in a restaurant.
We had a lovely time:)
Blessings,
Wendy
