Pumpkin Crumble

Just checking in quick before we go get our Christmas Tree!! We are beyond excited!! Thanksgiving was fantastic yesterday... more to come on that!

I wanted to post this yummy recipe from yesterday :) I made Pumpkin Crumble! I got the recipe from my dear friend, Chana (the one that is soon-to-be married!)

Enjoy - Super easy & Yummy!

Pumpkin Crumble
1 (28oz.) can of pumpkin
1 large can evaporated milk
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 pkg yellow cake mix
3/4 c (or more) melted butter
1/2 c. copped pecans

Combine pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs, pie spice and salt; mix well

(I used my cute pink kitchen aid :) - a hand mixer will work great too!)

Pour into a buttered 9'x13' cake pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix. Melt the butter and drizzle over the top.
Sprinkle with Pecans (I used pre-chopped ones... easier!)
Bake at 350 Degrees for 50 minutes or until set
YUM! ENJOY! Blessings today all :)

Wow, that recipe looks yummy. Stopping by from SITS. You'll love it. I look forward every Saturday to meeting new bloggers. I always to the one before my post, then I randomly select as many as I have time for.
Have a great Saturday!
